Welcome! By logging onto the LSBF network, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as outlined below.

1. Not Liable to Customers: Under no circumstances shall LSBF be liable to guests of this property for any indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of use, lost profits, lost revenue, or damages to third parties as a result of use of the Solution network and/or the Internet link associated with it.

2. Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequately equipped yourself for Internet connectivity. LSBF is not responsible for and cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the Service with your equipment. LSBF will not be liable for any loss of Service based on best advice, or due to any changes to the Service which would render your equipment obsolete or incompatible.

3. Data Collection and Disclosure: LSBF reserves the right to collect, record, disclose and use (without any payment or compensation), any information, data and statistics related to the usage of the Services, including without limitation, your mobile numbers, your email address, access or activities logs, date/time of login to the services, and web sites visited via the Services (collectively, "Information") for LSBF's marketing purposes, audit purposes, and/or as may be required pursuant to the applicable laws or regulations.

4. Limitation: All students will be limited to blocks of 3 hours of internet usage per session and are required to log in again for subsequent usage.
